My New Favourite Salad!

This is a salad that I’ve made twice this week – and both times it’s been delicious! It’s: two sticks of celery, chopped, half an avocado, a handful of dulse (seaweed) soaked for a minute or so, three or four sun-dried tomato, a small handful of fresh basil and a couple of grinds of Himalayan pink salt… try it; you’ll be hooked!
