Coconut, Raspberry & Rose Chocs!

These are fast becoming a fav… I made them about two weeks ago and they were my best raw chocs to date; this is a variation on the same theme…

In them was:

Willies Cacao – about half a disc
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of dessicated coconut
Raspberry powder – about a tablespoon
A teaspoon of yacon syrup (one of the only diabetic friendly sweeteners I use; I will write a post on sweeteners soon)
4 drops of rose essential oil
A raspberry to put in the centre of each chocolate
Some rose petals to sprinkle on top

These are wonderfully comforting chocs – perfect for nurturing heart energy & love… they even look pretty on the inside :-)photo-54
